1. One robot, belt machine and a polishing machine are formed, the
turntable performs the displacement coordination, the conveyor belt

automatically exchanged, and the grinding and loading and unloading

safety. It realizes loading and unloading of workpieces, shortens
the downtime of grinding and improves production efficiency. In
addition, the structure is highly flexible, reducing the loading
and unloading time and making grinding more efficient. To replace
the fixture, you only need to replace the entire tray.
3. With a good design of the workpiece positioning tray and the
design of the robot quick change fixture, it can process various
hardware efficiently. 4.Different workpiece products only need to
replace the robot end clamp and the turntable loading and unloading
tray, and the replacement time is less than 10 minutes. The system
has offline programming function, which can offline programming the
replaced products to be processed, improve the grinding quality and
reduce the scrap rate without affecting the normal production.
5. The automatic grinding system adopts the belt machine with
variable frequency speed regulation. The belt angle has
manual/automatic adjustable mechanism, and the quick belt
tensioning and adjusting mechanism is practical and convenient. The
system uses an ultra-wide belt and uses a direct motor drive design
to reduce belt change, improving maintainability, reducing human
intervention and improving automation.
6. The iron filings generated by grinding can be discharged in time
